37 employees of the Portugal-based Bomporto Hotels group participated in a groundbreaking professional training program led by Crews, focusing on a strategic theme for their industry: artificial intelligence applied to the hospitality industry.

Three days to master AI in the hospitality industry

Over the course of three days, our speaker guided the teams at Bomporto Hotels through the challenges, applications, and future prospects ofartificial intelligence in the hospitality industry. Communication, customer relations, task automation, review management, internal tools, and AI-generated content: all these aspects were explored through real-world examples and hands-on workshops.

The goal? To build teams’ skills, inspire new ways of working, and strengthen the group’s capacity for innovation.

A student-centered educational approach
