Many prefer a student for a longer period than the 6 months of an internship. More responsibilities are entrusted to apprentices, and increased trust within teams allows them to progress more quickly. The State also continues to support companies with fewer than 250 employees with a €5,000 bonus for hiring an apprentice during the first year of their contract. This bonus is €2,000 for companies with more than 250 employees.

An attractive financial model
In a study-work program, training costs are financed by the companies, so you don't have to pay for your studies. You'll also be paid in accordance with legal requirements.
A demanding yet formative pace
The work-study rhythm is always more intensive than traditional full-time study, but it offers the advantage of being more formative and allowing students to immediately apply the skills acquired in their company training.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, Crews offers a work-study rhythm of 1 week in class / 3 weeks in a company to best meet the needs of companies.

How will I be paid for my work-study program?

Remuneration depends on your age, level of training and type of contract. It follows the legal framework and helps finance part of your training and daily life. Crews informs you about your rights and the salary to which you are entitled.

Yes, Crews actively helps you find your work-study program: coaching, CV workshops, mock interviews and introductions to partner companies. The aim: to help you land a contract in line with your training and ambitions.
