A format popular with students
Learning throughexperience in the field is a formative experience that enables you to integrate corporate issues more quickly. Students who have completed a work-study program are often placed more quickly.
...and by companies!
Many companies prefer to employ students over a longer period than a 6-month internship. Students are given more responsibility, and greater confidence in their teams means they can progress more quickly. The French government continues to support companies with a €6,000 bonus for hiring an apprentice in the first year of their contract.
An interesting financial equation
In a study-work program, training costs are financed by the companies, so you don't have to pay for your studies. You'll also be paid in accordance with legal requirements.
A fast-paced but instructive environment
The work-study rhythm is always more intense than initial training, but it has the advantage of being more formative and of immediately being able to put into practice the skills acquired during training in the workplace. For 2024-2025, Crews is proposing 3 work-study rhythms depending on the level of study, to adapt as closely as possible to the needs of companies:
- Bachelor : 1 week in class / 2 weeks on the job
- Master Bachelor's degree: 1 week in class / 3 weeks on the job
- MBA: 1 day a week
