2. Terms and conditions of use


We welcome you to this site dedicated to our training organization and invite you to carefully read the present General Conditions of Use, the purpose of which is to define the legal framework governing access to the Site and its use by the User.

Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. They constitute the contract between the Site and the User. Access to the Site is possible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of the Publisher and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and related equipment.

Any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, distribution by any means, in any medium whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, is strictly forbidden.

3.6 Conditions for modifying the privacy policy

The site editor reserves the right to modify the present Policy at any time in order to ensure site users' compliance with current legislation.
