The E-reputation & Hospitality course is designed to give you a broad understanding of the issues involved in the online reputation of a hotel or accommodation. You will be trained in the methods, best practices and tools needed to best manage the e-reputation of an online accommodation.

All of our training courses can be conducted in French or English (🇫🇷 / 🇬🇧).
Upon completion of the training, learners will be able to hold positions related to e-reputation management in the Hospitality sector, by implementing strategies to optimize the online image of establishments.
They will also be able to continue their training to deepen their skills in digital marketing and communication within the Hospitality sector.
The first intake of trainees has not yet completed the course. Results will be updated at that time.
