A unique learning experience

Crews places a high priority on the student experience. This is based on 7 fundamentals.

1. Dual skills
2. Distance learning
3. A professional curriculum
4. Personalized support
5. The means to think and act
6. The international dimension
7. Extra-curricular activities

1. Dual skills

Digital expertise

We have built training programs that cover the full range of digital expertise, while leaving sufficient flexibility to update the programs regularly: 20 to 30% of courses are modified from one year to the next.
"

Sector specialization is not a constraint on choice, but a freedom of discovery.

Sector exploration

Our programs are designed to ensure the smoothest possible discovery of an industry sector. Our programs offer a wide variety of sectors, so that dual skills can be serenely identified and deeply acquired. We surround ourselves with the best experts in each sector to design the most cutting-edge programs.

Freedom of choice and specialization

Crews gives all its students the opportunity to discover different sectors and change career paths if this is relevant to their development. Sector specialization is not a constraint on choice, but a freedom of discovery. In fact, we believe that there are virtues in discovering several sectors before settling on the one that suits you best.

2. Remote Learning

Synchronous distance learning courses

Teaching means creating an efficient ecosystem so that each student can develop in the best possible conditions. We have opted for distance learning for quality of life and live teaching for quality of learning. Courses can also be accessed via replay for asynchronous reworking of certain notions.
"

Learning is nourished by the ecosystems into which we integrate. Distance learning, yes, but not just from home in your slippers.

Face-to-face seminars

We also know that social and professional development depends on physical interaction, so we organize 2 face-to-face seminars a year, to forge deeper links with speakers and fellow students.

A suite of high-performance tools

To support learning and stimulate progress, we have chosen high-performance tools. Google, Slack, Livestorm... all these tools encourage learner engagement during training sessions. We demand impeccable quality from our tools to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students.

Not just connected from home

Learning is nourished by the ecosystems into which we integrate. Learning at a distance, yes, but not just from home in your slippers. We facilitate thetelecommuting experience for our students by enabling them to be mobile, and by partnering with coworking spaces, hotels and other venues that can accommodate our students.
Places to learn

A rhythm that provides personal balance

At home or with your family, in a public place, in your company, or even on an international trip, the choice of distance learning location provides a balance rarely offered before.

Unusual Crews experiences and partner services

We provide students with a number of unusual experiences (in the form of endowments financed by companies) and partner services to make their day-to-day teleworking easier: dry cleaning, printing, computer equipment rental. Conditions of access and use vary from partner to partner, and are explained at the start of the academic year.

3. A professional curriculum

The corporate mission as professional leverage

All our courses can be taken on a study-work program, giving you the chance to gain experience alongside your studies. Our different work-study schedules are adapted to the level of your studies and the needs of companies.
"

Objective: we want you to work with your future employers before you start looking for a permanent contract.

Find a company with no geographical limits

With a study-work program, because you can learn from anywhere, your only geographical constraint is the location of your employer. This means you can apply to the companies of your dreams, and increase your chances of being selected.

Working professionals

Selected for their cutting-edge expertise, all our lecturers share Crews' digital and sector-based philosophy. They are committed to helping our students achieve professional success, and are our students' first recruiters.

Sector-specific application

Throughout your training, you'll be putting your digital knowledge into practice in your target business sector. Applied courses, fictitious or real projects, intensive weeks, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship projects... Each pedagogical format is a pretext for developing your dual skills. Our aim is to get you working with future employers before you start looking for a permanent contract.

A steady but perfectly timed rhythm

Time on the job, classes, projects, revisions... The pace of work-study training is fast, but the teaching is perfectly orchestrated to ensure that learning is as effective as possible. Variations in pace are an excellent way of stimulating learning.

4. Personalized support

Individualized follow-up

We help each student identify his or her uniqueness, find his or her bearings and develop in the ecosystem that suits him or her best. The Crews team is committed to putting the student at the center of every thought process.
"

Our commitment to our students' success is unwavering, but our support is tailored to each individual student.

A dedicated team from admission to placement

Our Experience team plays a central role in the follow-up and support of our students. Members of this team follow students from their first contact with Crews right through to their graduation.
What could be better than a simplified, individualized experience to support schooling, teaching and skills acquisition, on the one hand, and orientation, career planning and student placement in companies, on the other?

5. Giving people the means to think and do

Mastering know-how

As in business, we place as much importance on substance as on form. Crews will help you master the tools you need to do both.

Managing innovation

Anticipating the future of digital is a major asset for working in these professions. This is all the more true when applied to an industry sector. From technology comes use, or from use comes technology. We give our students the ability to create innovation, or to foster it.

Intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship

Because we don't believe that entrepreneurship is an ideal for everyone, we tackle this subject as much as we do intrapreneurship. We rely on our students' ability to understand a market and business context, to get the best out of it and move the lines, either internally or externally. Our company project in the 2nd year of Master enables each student to develop the project that suits him or her best.

6. The international dimension

Courses and teaching formats in English

Our courses are bilingual in French and English. This means that some courses are in French, others in English, as are presentations, projects, exams, etc. The key to mastering English is regular use and constant immersion.
"

Globalization and decentralization are blurring the boundaries between countries and cultures. International companies and multicultural teams have become a standard feature of the digital industry and of many other sectors, and we need to make our students aware of this.

International seminars

At least one seminar a year is organized in Europe, or on other continents depending on the sector. These are optional (but strongly recommended) and last up to one week.

Gap Year

Because it's a fantastic opportunity to take a break from a teaching career to develop new skills or a new language, or to discover new horizons, we give our students the chance to take a gap year in their studies between M1 and M2.

7. Extra-curricular activities

Personal, professional and community projects

It is entirely possible to combine Crews training with the implementation of personal or professional projects (including student-entrepreneurship). Upon request and approval, followed by a coordination meeting, we do our utmost to ensure that the pedagogical approach can be adapted to the launch or follow-up of these projects, in particular by integrating the teaching staff.

Themed events all year round

Conferences, webinars, meetups... Crews is also a monthly event on new professions, technological or sectoral trends, company meetings or feedback from professionals.

The Crews incubator

To encourage the emergence of new businesses and support the school's project leaders, in September 2025 we are creating an incubator specializing in digital technology and its use in every sector of activity. More information to come in summer 2025.
