At Crews, teaching is grounded in practical experience. For Master students, the Audit Project marks a key milestone in their professional development: their first opportunity to step into the role of a consultant and tackle real-world challenges in the tourism industry.
The project’s objective was clear: to conduct a comprehensive audit of a tourism company. The students had to take a step back, observe, analyze, and organize their thinking around several key areas: positioning, product offerings, digital presence, marketing strategy, and customer experience.
This work has enabled them to develop a key skill: the ability to make an accurate assessment based on concrete data and a strategic understanding of the market.
Beyond the analysis, the students were required to go a step further by proposing concrete, well-reasoned, and actionable recommendations. The goal was not merely to identify areas for improvement, but to develop a comprehensive roadmap for the audited company.
This stage required precision, critical thinking, and creativity. The proposals had to be both innovative and realistic, taking into account the constraints of the sector.
The highlight of the project: the final presentation. In just 25 minutes, each group presented and defended its audit before a panel of judges, under conditions similar to those encountered in a real-world business setting.
Clarity of speech, organization of ideas, ability to answer questions, professional demeanor… The students had to draw on all their skills to be persuasive.
That moment was a turning point: it was no longer just about knowing, but about being able to explain, argue for, and defend a vision.
This audit project perfectly embodies the Crews approach: learning by doing, tackling real-world situations, and developing skills that are directly applicable in the workplace.
The students demonstrated seriousness, commitment, and maturity in their work. The juries praised the overall quality of the analyses and the relevance of the recommendations made.
Analyze, recommend, persuade: the M1 students rose to the challenge successfully.
This project marks an important milestone in their journey, providing them with practical preparation for careers in consulting, strategic marketing, and tourism.
Congratulations to the entire class on the quality of their work!
