The Entrepreneurship Project for our first Master class

‍

This year, Crews reached a milestone. Our second-year students in Master & TourismMaster (TM2P2025) were tasked with carrying out an entrepreneurial project from start to finish, serving as the central focus of their second year of study. The challenge was significant: they had to come up with an original idea, develop it over the course of 11 months, apply practical professional skills, and then present it to a jury as a true project leader.

‍

An ambitious and career-oriented mission

‍

Launched in January 2025, this project shaped the Master students’ academic year. It was not merely an academic exercise, but an immersion in the realities of entrepreneurship, with its demands for rigor, endurance, and conviction. Each team had to develop a credible, well-structured project in response to a real-world opportunity. The final proposal was due by 6:00 p.m. on December 4, and the oral presentations took place on the morning of December 5.

The students received ongoing support, with several check-in points to refine their ideas with speakers who held differing viewpoints, validate their strategic choices, and prepare for the oral presentation.

‍

A variety of creative and realistic projects

‍

Here are the 5 entrepreneurial projects developed by the TM2P2025 class:

  • 🚀 Buzz and Grow (Team 1): An app that connects content creators with brands in the travel, hospitality, and food industries. The project brought together expertise in web development, UX/UI, communications, business development, and business planning. A timely idea, driven by a highly complementary team.
  • 🏹 PrimeStay (Team 2): A fast, multilingual support platform for hotel guests, providing one-click access to all internal and external services. The project focused on service design, user experience, and optimizing customer relations.
  • 🌮 Lyannaj (Team 3): A marketplace dedicated to selling local experiences in Martinique, connecting local artisans with travelers. The team worked on the website’s user experience, branding, and promoting the island’s cultural heritage.
  • 🎃 Zagamare (Team 4): A horror camp concept and immersive live-action game for thrill-seekers. The team combined storytelling, digital communication strategy, and the development of an original business model in the experiential events sector.
  • đŸ“± Apeak (Team 5): A last-minute booking app for group activities. The project drew on all the key skills required of an entrepreneur: branding, UX/UI, communication, launch planning, and business strategy.

A thesis defense marked by conviction

‍

On the day of the presentation, each team had 20 minutes to convince a panel of industry professionals. This moment marked the culmination of a long-term project, during which each student had to demonstrate leadership, strategic clarity, and a genuine ability to persuade.

‍

A source of great pride for Crews

‍

This first edition of the Entrepreneurship project for our Masters marks an important milestone in Crews’ educational approach. It demonstrates that our students are capable of conceiving, developing, and presenting a project with real potential. We are proud of the TM2P2025 class, which rose to the challenge with dedication, creativity, and commitment.

💡 Stay tuned
Some projects may well continue beyond Crews. This is just the beginning.
