Responsibilities

Coordination of creative service providers (photographers, videographers, agencies)
Overseeing visual production from the brief to delivery
Organizing and participating in photo shoots and video shoots
Updates to brochures, presentations, and press kits
Ensures consistency in the brand's visual identity
Creative and Industry-Specific Monitoring
Organization and Structure of DAM (Digital Asset Management)
Content Integration, Indexing, and Updates
Management and Promotion of the Brand's Visual Assets
Responding to Content Requests from Various Departments
Creating and updating B2B marketing materials
Supporting sales teams with their content needs
Showcasing the Group's offerings and expertise

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's through master's degree in marketing or communications, from a university or business school
Proficiency in Canva and Notion; familiarity with the Adobe Suite is a plus
Excellent writing skills, an eye for layout, and an appreciation for visual presentation, dining, and hospitality.
