Since 1999, Elegancia Hotels has specialized in the development of hotel and lifestyle projects: project design and implementation, project management, and operations and sales (from launch marketing to yield management). Drawing on the expertise of a multidisciplinary team, Elegancia can serve as a consultant at every stage of a hotel project’s development. Reporting directly to our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will help optimize the digital marketing efforts for our hotels and lifestyle venues and contribute to content creation and social media management.

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and are looking for a work-study program; you already have experience in community management, digital communications, or content creation.
  • You have excellent writing skills in French and English (storytelling, spelling, etc.).
  • Creative and attuned to our editorial style

  • Experienced in the hospitality, tourism, and restaurant industries

  • Creativity and proficiency in using certain graphic design tools

  • Curiosity, an open mind, a strong interest in new media, and excellent proficiency with social media, the web, and related practices

Responsibilities

Community Management & Communication

  • You will help develop the social media strategy for several hotels and lifestyle venues in collaboration with the marketing strategy manager
  • You manage and oversee the various social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) on a daily basis
    • Creating and Approving an Editorial Calendar
    • Curation of Visual Content
    • Content creation and shooting authentic-style photos and videos (you’ll regularly visit each hotel to capture content and attend professional photo shoots)
    • Create visuals in line with each facility’s art direction: programming, posters, graphics, etc.
  • You are participating in the influencer and opinion leader strategy
    • Curation and Recommendations for Targeted Profiles
    • Managing Requests for Photo Shoots and Interviews
    • Collaboration Tracking and Reporting
  • You report weekly on the performance of the actions taken
    • Defining Dashboards and KPIs to Monitor
    • Consolidate statistics from each social media platform to get an overview of the hotel's performance
    • Analyze the statistics for paid ads (Social Ads)

Acquisition and Web Marketing

In addition to your social media responsibilities, you will assist the Digital Marketing Manager with her day-to-day tasks to monitor and manage the web marketing strategy for each location:

  • Assistance with content design and writing (updating websites via Webflow, creating blog posts for AI-driven SEO)
  • Management and monitoring of various web agencies
  • Writing newsletters for hotels
  • Support for managing the acquisition and traffic strategy: SEO/SEA/Display
  • Web Marketing Performance Study and Analysis
  • Support for Managing Social Ads Campaigns

As part of the launch of an in-house studio, you will support the marketing and branding manager on strategic and creative matters, thereby contributing to the development of the artistic direction, content, and communication initiatives for the brand currently being launched.
