Digital Marketing and Business Development Specialist

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Digital Marketing and Business Development Manager to support us on strategic, marketing, and operational matters in order to accelerate our growth and build out the company’s structure. You will report directly to our Director of Development and Admissions and will play a central role in the company’s strategy and growth. You will also work closely with the CEO and a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

Contribution to business strategy and development

  • Help develop the sales strategy
  • Carry out sales initiatives targeting identified prospects (particularly internationally)
  • Qualify incoming leads and follow up on them in the CRM 
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to identified targets (partner companies, vocational training prospects, etc.) 
  • Handle incoming calls and direct callers according to their needs (job applicants, companies, influencers) 
  • Participate in and coordinate outreach and recruitment events (webinars, trade shows, etc.)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes (CRM, automation, templates, reporting, workflows, etc.)
  • Participate in industry, competitive, and technology monitoring
  • Identify and approach potential partner companies; develop partnerships 

Tracking Admissions and Vocational Training

  • Organize and schedule admission interviews for undergraduate and graduate programs (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
  • Monitor the admissions process for students, from initial contact through enrollment
  • Coordinate interviews and videoconferences related to vocational training programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the admissions process
  • Help optimize the conversion funnel and recruitment metrics

Involvement in the management of marketing and digital initiatives

  • Implement, monitor, and optimize all marketing projects
  • Help update and develop the website
  • Create visual and text-based content on a regular basis
  • Manage acquisition campaigns to drive results
  • Help create newsletters
  • Be proactive in implementing new initiatives that can help drive customer acquisition

Operational Support for the Director of Development and Admissions

  • Collaborate on social media communications with the Director of Development and Admissions
  • Identify, develop, and monitor the progress of new cross-functional projects
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
  • Preparing Strategic Presentations
  • Attend meetings with partners and clients
  • Structure internal processes and maintain them over time
  • To uphold the Crews brand image in France and internationally
  • Help organize events (seminars, open houses, podcasts, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of the key priorities of the development strategy
  • Report your actions to management

Desired Qualifications

  • Student who has completed a three-year degree in marketing, digital media, sales, or communications
  • Ideally, some initial experience in digital marketing and/or in a sales role
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and planning skills
  • A knack for analysis and synthesis, combined with a highly open-minded approach
  • Independence, creativity, and proactivity
  • Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills, in French and English
  • Expertise in the Tourism, Hospitality Luxury Sectors
  • Bonus: an interest in the training sector
