At Crews, we use Google Workspace for Education to provide our students with an effective and collaborative online learning experience. This set of tools, specially designed for education, makes working simple, organized and secure. Thanks to this integrated digital environment, our students can follow courses, collaborate with their classmates and interact with professional speakers in a fluid and accessible way.

How do we use Google Workspace for Education at Crews?

Google Meet for live lessons

All our courses are delivered live via Google Meet, enabling students to follow the sessions remotely with optimum video quality, while interacting with teachers and other students. Our speakers, who come from the professional world, can share their presentations and lead discussions in real time.
This tool also allows us to measure student engagement on an individual basis, enabling us to tailor personalized follow-up.

Google Drive for document sharing

We encourage collaborative working through Google Drive, where every student can share, edit and comment on documents, whether group projects, assignments or resources shared by teachers. This allows easy access to course materials and ensures that everyone stays up to date thanks to the various media (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets...).
The Drive is also used to share replay lectures.

Google Calendar for planning sessions and events

At Crews, every student can view and track their course sessions directly in Google Calendar. All sessions and events are scheduled in advance, so students can easily log in with one click from their Google Calendar space. This makes it easier for them to manage their timetable and stay organized throughout their course.

At Crews, Slack is the centralized communication tool that keeps our students and speakers connected every day.

Discussions can therefore continue after class to explore concepts in greater depth or ask questions.

As a Crews student, we create your personal space in the Crews channel so that you can have access to the contacts of each of your classmates and the entire teaching staff.

Edusign

Edusign is our online attendance management platform.

At Crews, every student signs their attendance sheet digitally, guaranteeing reliable, real-time tracking of class attendance. The tool is easy to use and compatible with distance learning, facilitating training administration.
