Fees, costs, and funding

Because lifelong learning is essential, yet often challenging to fully finance, Crews offers various funding options. Whatever your situation, we have a solution to help you finance your education.

For Bac+3 and Bac+5 level programs

Tuition fees 2025-2026 - full-time program

Bachelor course fees: 7,500 €
Master course fees: 16,800€ (8,400 € per year)
MBA course fees : 9,600 €

Tuition fees 2025-2026 - study-work program

Bachelor course fees: 9,900 €
Master course fees: 21,800€ (10,900 € per year)
MBA course fees : 11,900 €

These costs can be covered by OPCOs and companies if the training is carried out under an apprenticeship contract or a professionalization contract.
If there is a remaining balance, it must be validated by the host company.

Registration fees

Once admitted, you must confirm your place and finalize your enrollment. To do so, you must complete and sign your enrollment form, and pay 190€ for administrative fees, whether for full-time or study-work programs. These fees cover the processing of your application (application and admission phases, Grand Oral, registration with the certifying body, and support for your company search).

- For study-work programs, you will need to sign an apprenticeship contract or professionalization contract to officially join the program.
- For full-time programs, you must also pay 10% of the training fee.

Fees for international seminars

As part of Bac+3 to Bac+5 courses, international In-person seminars are organized with students. In-person seminars are not compulsory, but are strongly recommended.

During these seminars, Crews covers most of the costs. Students are asked to pay a flat-rate fee to confirm their participation in a seminar if they are doing their initial training, if they have not yet validated an apprenticeship contract, or if Crews has not obtained an agreement to cover the cost of mobility under an apprenticeship contract.
Please note: some expenses must be advanced by the student (visa, transport from home to the meeting point, etc.).

Other Optional Charges

Other fees may apply depending on your situation and preferences.

- Fees for international students: 400 € (including application processing, follow-up, integration assistance...)
- Fees for development support during a gap year: 800 € (if the student wishes to receive support during their gap year)
- TOEIC fees: 155 € (if the student wishes to take the TOEIC during their studies)

Funding

Initial training can be financed by:
- cash payment (a 5% reduction on training fees is applied)
- payment in instalments (10% on registration, 30% before the start of training, then 4 instalments of 15%)
Certain financial facilities can be arranged in consultation with management.

Crews offers a wide range of financing options to help cover training costs.

Student loans
Crews has partnered with the Caisse d'Epargne to offer student loans from €1,500 to €60,000 at attractive rates. The offer includes a Visa card at €1/year for 3 years and an international option to facilitate withdrawals and payments from abroad.

Scholarship
Scholarships can be awarded to support French or international students who have demonstrated academic and professional excellence(Excellence scholarship), who are facing financial constraints(Impulsion scholarship) or who contribute to the diversity of our graduating classes(International scholarship and Entrepreneurial scholarship).

Scholarships are only awarded to initial students who have applied for them. The number of scholarships is limited per academic year, and they are allocated according to applications, and on the decision of the commissions (3 commissions per year).
The scholarship application must be accompanied by a letter of situation specifying the elements that motivate the request in as much detail as possible. External recommendations or references are also appreciated.
